In this episode I sit down with my guest Steven Tait of Online Marketing For Doctors to discuss managing client expectations.
Steven is currently, an Account Director at the digital marketing agencies Online Marketing For Doctors and Result Driven SEO and is responsible for the management of the company’s relationships with its clients, co-ordinating the resources needed to service projects and accounts, build strategic operational plans and balance the expectations of the clients with the execution of the work.
Steven has lived and worked in three countries; Canada, Vietnam and Australia and is passionate about challenging himself with new opportunities, finding creative solutions and testing his ability to adapt and excel in new environments.
